Located on the walls of the historic district, a few steps away from the main street, the compound, on three different levels, overlooks the Valdichiana and the Lake Trasimeno.
The renovation, already in progress, will be completed by the end of the year. It foresees the construction of four two-room and one three-room apartments.
The apartments are finished with precious details and will be rented fully furnished and equipped. Each unit will have DSL connections, satellite TV and independent heating. Moreover, two units will have air conditioning and the others will be ready for the installation.
