The “Podere” is situated ten minutes from the town of Cortona in a lovely rural setting surrounded by wide open field.
From the “Podere” one can enjoy the unobstructed views of the nearby hills as well as views of Cortona itself.
The Podere is only five minutes drive from the borgo of Fratta - Santa Caterina where there is a post office and a variety of stores, plus a very good hospital that has recently been built.
