The compound is composed of five green acres of flat land, allowing for the construction of tennis courts, swimming pool, sport facilities and car parking areas.
The “Podere” when fully rebuilt will appear as a small “borgo” located at a distance of half a mile from other similar farmhouses scattered around the plains at the base of Cortona.
Aim of the project is to offer very comfortable living solutions within the building tradition of the place.
With this in mind, a few new houses will be built along with the renovation of the existing old ones, in a way to represent a typical rural village of the Valdichiana.
